⚖️ The Latest on the Renters Rights Bill

The Renters Rights Bill (formerly the Renters Reform Bill) is still in motion, and right now it's at the House of Lords Committee Stage - this is where amendments are proposed, questions are asked, and practical implications get scrutinised. It’s slow-moving but hugely significant, and when it becomes law, it’ll fundamentally reshape how the lettings industry operates - from tenancy structures to possession grounds and more.

We’re not waiting for it to land to take action. Last month, An and Bobbi headed to the National Landlord Investment Show at Old Billingsgate Market to take the temperature on industry sentiment. It was a full day of talking shop - listening to landlords’ concerns, hearing from legal experts, and getting insight into how others are preparing for reform. Events like these keep us in the know and ahead of the curve.

Back at base HQ, we’re already reviewing processes, prepping internal training, and planning updates to our landlord services, all with one goal: to pivot swiftly and supportively when the bill becomes law.
